One of the core activities that we perform on a regular basis, is the auditing of mechanical and electrical engineering services & maintenance.  

We usually undertake this on a fixed fee basis, per property and such commissions usually involve multiple buildings and large geographical coverage. 

We have retained our largest portfolio of properties for the past 15 years and we continue to serve this client in other areas associated to M&E services consultancy. 

Another of our clients utilises this service on a 6 monthly basis of PPM audits and inspections within their owned and leased buildings, all across the UK from Surrey to Scotland.
