On occasion, we are asked to undertake a design of M&E services, whereby we provide design collateral warranties to enable our clients to appoint main contractors under a traditional form of contract. 

Where we are asked to do this, we appoint specialists under a sub consultancy agreement to ensure that all certification requirements are met and that our clients receive the best attention of those best qualified to undertake such tasks.

At all times during such commissions we retain an interest and a focal point for our client to make contact, should any further assistance be required.
