We are regularly asked to perform tendering tasks relative to servicing and maintenance. 

This is undertaken in a number of ways:

either we are, appointed to oversee the process of engagement, by a third party, to perform PPM under the dictates of a contract between our client and the service provider. Or, we are requested directly to perform the role of PPM, including the provision of emergency response to breakdown and repair. 

We also provide expert advice on a consultatitve basis, for clients wishing to consider their options, in terms of maintenance and servicing liabilities.
