We have undertaken several projects whereby we have been asked to manage the process of repair, refurbishment or complete replacement, of main plant elements or equipment. 

More often than not we are the sole point of contact for the client and there is no main contractor appointed, on the basis that we are able to offer project management services and oversee specialist contractors undertaking specific tasks.
